1 arrested in Mahendragarh for 10 lakh fraud: were grabbed in the name of getting jobs in the army; Poona sent fake joining letter

The Sadar police team of Mahendragarh, Haryana has arrested an accused in the case of duping money in the name of getting a job. The accused has been identified as Ravindra alias Doctor resident of Sehlang. The accused along with his accomplice had cheated 10 lakh rupees in the name of getting a job in MES Army. He has been produced in the court and has been taken on police remand.

According to the information, the victim Kamlesh resident Surjanwas, while filing a complaint in the police station Sadar Mahendragarh, said that her husband used to work as a driver in Yaduvanshi School, Mahendragarh. The complainant, while giving a complaint against the 2 nominees, said that he demanded ten lakh rupees in the name of getting his son a job in the MES Army. In the name of getting a job after coming under his bluff, he gave five lakh rupees in May 2021 and asked to give the rest after the joining letter.

After this, the accused sent his son to Poona along with the joining letter and other documents in November 2021, during which the accused took the remaining amount of five lakh rupees from the complainant’s husband. The accused kept moving the complainant’s son here and there. When the complainant’s husband got suspicious, he met the accused and after talking to them, they refused to get the job and pay the money.

Due to which the husband of the complainant died due to shock. The complainant has given a complaint that the accused have cheated Rs 10 lakh by giving fake joining letter and I card in the name of getting a job. Based on the complaint, the police registered a case under various sections and started action. Taking action in the case, the police have arrested an accused Ravindra alias Dr.
