According to the information received from the Meteorological Department, due to the rain on Tuesday, Amritsar recorded a minimum temperature of 21.3 degrees Celsius on Wednesday. On Tuesday, the maximum temperature was 26.8 degrees. In the last 24 hours, 25 mm of rain was recorded. Late night with rain 20.1 kms. Winds blew at an hourly rate. Due to which there was no loss of life, but the tents set up for the devotees in the Golden Temple were uprooted. This storm was for a few minutes. According to the information received from the Meteorological Department, there may be light rain in some cities of Punjab even today.

Monsoon from June 25 to July 5

Monsoon is also going to knock in Punjab soon. Monsoon will be active in Punjab from June 25 to July 5. According to the information received from the Meteorological Department, the monsoon will reach some cities of Malwa in Punjab adjoining Haryana by June 25. At the same time, monsoon will knock in Ludhiana and Jalandhar by June 30, but it may take till July 5 for the monsoon to reach the border area.

Amritsar – The minimum temperature is expected to be around 23 and the maximum temperature is around 34 degrees. The sun will come out after noon.

Jalandhar – The minimum temperature is expected to be in the range of 21 to 35. A blind eye will continue to move between the sun and the clouds.

Ludhiana – The minimum temperature is expected to be between 22 and the maximum temperature is 35 degrees. The clouds will keep coming from time to time, later in the afternoon there may be sunshine.

Patiala – The minimum temperature is 25 and the maximum temperature is expected to go up to 35 degrees. It will be cloudy and the sun will continue to come out from time to time.
