Three Central Reserve Police Force personnel were killed in an ambush by Naxals at a security post in Odisha’s Nuapada district on Tuesday. Giving this information, the officials said that two assistant sub-inspectors and a jawan were among the dead. The names of the soldiers who lost their lives are ASI Shishupal Singh, ASI Shivlal and Constable Dharmendra Kumar Singh.

The Naxalites attacked the team engaged in the work of opening the road with improvised and crude barrel grenade launchers. The Naxalites fled on the retaliation of the party.
