6 deaths due to corona in 1 day in Haryana: 8841 new cases; 27 deaths in January so far, 5 died on 10 January

In Haryana, 6 people infected with corona have died on Friday. The dead include 2 from Gurugram, 1 in Sirsa, 1 in Yamunanagar, 1 in Mahendragarh, 1 in Fatehabad. Earlier on January 10, 5 people had died. A total of 27 people have died in January this year so far. This is the highest figure in a single day so far in the third wave of Corona. While a total of 10091 people have died in the state so far. In Haryana, 8841 new cases have come on Friday. After the arrival of new cases, now a total of 41420 cases are active in the state.

8841 new cases

3897 in Gurugram, 1106 in Faridabad, 178 in Hisar, 512 in Sonipat, 607 in Karnal, 217 in Panipat, 441 in Panchkula, 508 in Ambala, 94 in Sirsa, 204 in Rohtak, 168 in Yamunanagar, 114 in Bhiwani, Kurukshetra 148, Mahendragarh 52, Jind 103, Rewari 91, Jhajjar 166, Fatehabad 92, Kaithal 59, Palwal 28, Charkhi Dadri 41, Nuh 51 corona cases.

Two nodal officers appointed in every district

On Friday, Health Minister Anil Vij took a meeting of the officials of the Health Department. Vij said that two nodal officers would be appointed for each district of the state. Out of which one officer will monitor the arrangements of the government hospital in each district and submit its report. Similarly, the second nodal officer will monitor the private hospitals of the district concerned and provide information about the arrangements available there to the state government. Apart from this, telemedicine will be made effective in Haryana and for this, senior officers of health department will be put on duty on 1075.
1500 kits ordered for genome sequencing
Vij said that an order for 1500 kits has been placed with HMCL for genome sequencing and these 1500 kits will be provided to the state government in three phases. It was told during the meeting that 96 samples can be done from a single genome sequencing kit.
There will be a mapping in the state
The Health Minister said that a survey/mapping would soon be done in the state for facilities other than infrastructure and equipment related to health services, in which area, where and where, which infrastructure and medical equipment as well as services are required. . Accordingly, in the coming times, infrastructure, medical equipment as well as manpower will be made available in those areas.

Home isolation kit will be sent
Vij said that home isolation kits would be prepared at the headquarters level and these kits would be sent to the districts soon so that this kit could be made available to the patients living in home isolation in a time bound manner. Vij said that at present the health department has all the adequate medicines and infrastructure related to it.

Children without dosage will not be given admission when the school opens.
During the meeting, the Health Minister urged all the parents and children of children between 15 to 18 years to get their Kovid dose done at the earliest, otherwise when the school opens, the child who does not get the dose will not be allowed to enter the school. . Therefore, he requests all such parents and children to get their Kovid vaccine done as soon as possible.
Telemedicine to be made effective in Haryana

Vij directed the officials of the health department and said that the patients living in home isolation should be monitored daily and information should be provided to them through telemedicine. He said that telemedicine would be made effective in Haryana and for this, senior officers of health department would be put on duty on 1075 so that they could give effective form to telemedicine by visiting eSanjeevani daily. During the meeting, it was informed that at present there are about 30000 patients in Haryana under home isolation.
Consultancy Services under eSanjeevani OPD National Tele
It was informed in the meeting that through eSanjeevani OPD app, patients living in isolation are given advice and counseling through dialogue. eSanjeevani OPD is an Online Stay Home OPD under National Tele and Consultancy Services of Government of India has been started in Haryana. Anyone can consult a doctor through video call/live chat using laptop/desktop or android based smart phone with active internet.The meeting was informed that Haryana is at eSanjeevani OPD from 1st May, 2020. Presently, 2 OPDs are functional at e-Sanjeevani OPD i.e. General OPD and Gynecology OPD and General OPD is operational to provide round the clock tele-consultation on e-Sanjeevani OPD from 16th August, 2021. A total of 1138 doctors are registered for providing tele-consultation on eSanjeevani OPD and a total of 62582 consultations have been done on eSanjeevani OPD in Haryana so far.
