A case of raising a fake claim of Rs 10 lakh has come to light by preparing the post-mortem report of a living person. When the police investigated the matter, it came to light that from police to doctors and lawyers are involved. Dausa Police has arrested 15 people. Shocking revelations were made in the investigation of the case. These people had also claimed claims of fake heart and cancer patients in the hospital by telling them that they died in accidents. Earlier, claiming the death of a living person in a road accident, the claim of his name was raised.

More than 22 people were involved in this whole gang. Police have arrested 15 people including a doctor, ASI of police and advocate. The arrested Dr. Satish Khandelwal is posted in Todarai Singh Government Hospital in Tonk district. Whereas ASI Rameshchand Jatav is being told to take VRS. It also came to light that at present 8 people are absconding in this case.

Actually, it started from 2016. The claim was claimed by telling the death of heart and cancer patients in the accident. After this, on January 26, 2017, Yash Chauhan had lodged a report at the Kotwali police station. In which two people named Manoj and Arun were said to have died due to the collision of an unknown vehicle on Ganeshpura road. In this case, the then Jurist of Dausa District Hospital, Dr. Satish Khandelwal prepared a fake post-mortem report.

At the same time, research officer of Kotwali ASI Rameshchand Jatav investigated and on the basis of the post-mortem report, Advocate Chaturbhuj Meena claimed the accident claim. In which a claim of Rs 10 lakh was raised. While both of them were alive. After this, in 2019, it was investigated after three cases came to the fore. It came to light that these people were doing fraud to raise the claim. The SP said that till now it has come to know that only 10 lakh claim has been raised, the rest had claimed for the claim, but before that action was taken.

A case in which natural death was called an accident
On October 14, 2016 in Kotwali police station, Naval Kishore Meena, resident of Bhanta, had filed a case that his father Jansiram Meena and Nathulal were hit by an unknown vehicle at Singwada Malarna intersection. He died during treatment at the district hospital. While investigating the matter, ASI Ramesh Chand Jatav of Kotwali police station put an FR stating a road accident. When the case was reopened after the complaint, it came to light that among those who died in the accident, Jasiram Meena died of heart attack and Nathulal was found to have died of cancer.

In this way the whole matter was revealed
After the matter came to light, these cases were reopened by the police officers and SOG Jaipur. First the investigation was done by the SOG and later by the then Jaipur Range IG. Then the complete fraud came to the fore. As per the FIR registered, neither there was any accident nor any death. In the entire episode, the accused raised the amount of insurance claim in a fraudulent manner by registering a false case by conspiring. After this, its investigation was again given to Dausa SP Anil Beniwal. When a team of 28 officers was formed for investigation, it was found that these people took the claim of even a living person.

The links of the gang were connected in this way
Advocate Chaturbhuj Meena: The people who died in Dausa area were taken care of through acquaintances. After this, fake reports of accident were filed by luring their families with money.
ASI Rameshchand: All these accident cases were investigated by ASI Rameshchand only. On the spot, a fake Panchnama was prepared by stating death in the accident.
Dr. Satish Khandelwal: The claim was made by the advocate with the connivance of the surveyor of the insurance company by making a fake post-mortem report.
