Action: Was beaten to death on suspicion of mobile theft, 6 accused arrested in the case

A murder incident in Nihal Vihar area was solved by the police within just eight hours. Six accused have been arrested in this case. The incident of lynching was carried out on suspicion of mobile theft. According to the police, at 10.08 am, a body was reported lying on the Chander Vihar main road, due to which the traffic was getting jammed. Police reached the spot where a youth was found lying. He got hurt.

The deceased was identified as 28-year-old Gagandeep. Earlier he used to drive eco van but nowadays he was unemployed. He lived in the same area. The police recorded the statement of a woman named Jyoti in the case, in which she told that Gagandeep was beaten up badly by Kishan, Munna, Jaldhar, Kishan together. In the case, the police registered a murder case on October 12. During the investigation, the police questioned the eyewitnesses of the incident.

In which it came out that Gagandeep was beaten up by some people on suspicion of mobile theft. Based on the information given by the eyewitnesses about the accused, the police identified them and nabbed all the six accused. They were identified as Munna Kumar, Jaldhar Kewat, Shukar Kewat, Kishan Yadav, Ramesh Kumar and Kamal Kumar. After the murder of this youth, accused Ramesh and Kamal together disposed of his dead body with a rickshaw. The police have recovered the rope and rickshaw used in the crime.
