Under the admission process starting from June 24, Rajasthan University will be given admission in four organized colleges in phases. These include Maharani College, Maharaja College, Commerce College and Rajasthan College. However, till now the CBSE board result has not been released. So the process of application can be proceeded.
what is percentile
Suppose 2 persons appeared in an examination, if the examination is of 100 marks. And if the first 50 numbers come out and the second person got 25 numbers, then according to the percentage, the first will be 50% and the second 25%. But, to calculate the percentile, the student who has the highest number, the 100 percentile of that student is taken. On this basis the percentile of the rest is calculated. In such a situation, the percentile of the student with the number 25 became 50, while according to the percentile, only 25 became.
RBSE students in Rajasthan got the most benefit from the introduction of percentile formula. Because, despite the high percentage of CBSE students, they did not get admission after applying the percentile formula. At the same time, even after the low percentage of RBSE students, they were getting admission.
