Newborns are completely dependent on breast milk for the first six months. Even water is not given from above. Because along with water from mother’s milk, other nutrients are also fulfilled. But after six months, their daily nutritional needs are not met by breast milk alone, so they are also given semi-solid and solid food to eat. So in such a situation, you should know about what to feed the children and what not. Do not feed them the food items given here at all.

honey

Honey is not the right thing for babies under one year of age as they are not easily digested by the intestines of babies. Unable to digest. Feeding honey to babies increases the number of bacteria called Clostridium botulinum. Which is dangerous for them. Due to this, the muscles of children become weak, they may have constipation problem.

citrus fruits

Citrus fruits, which are rich in vitamin C, undoubtedly work to increase immunity, but this vitamin C and acid go into the stomach of children and spoil their stomach. Due to which they may have diarrhea problem.

Chocolate

Chocolate contains a high amount of caffeine, which is not suitable for children, as well as the extra sugar used to sweeten chocolate.

Cow’s milk

Cow’s milk is very difficult for the digestive system of a child under the age of one year to digest. Due to not digesting milk, problems like bloating, abdominal pain and gas can occur. So it would be better to start giving cow’s baby only after one year. Till then feed your own milk.
