Some decisions regarding the dates can be taken in the meeting of the Admission Committee on Wednesday.

The university administration said that now NTA has declared the results as a whole. After this department wise portals will be issued, their passwords will be allotted. Then the counseling will be planned by the departments according to the available seats and the number of qualified candidates. After that the university will announce the dates. This process can take up to a week. Therefore, the possibility of counseling is now visible only next week.

This time the entrance exam for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Banaras Hindu University was conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). Some entrance examinations including AG BSc were taken on 9 October due to delay in issuance of admit card in this entrance examination held from 22 September to 4 October. The answer sheet of the entrance examination was issued a week ago, but due to the delay in the release of the main result, the students and parents were very upset. Many students took admission after passing the entrance exam of other universities in view of the delay, still waiting for its entrance exam with a dream of admission in BHU. Due to the delayed declaration of results, many parents will be diverted from other places to enroll here.
