The Bombay High Court on Monday turned down the demand of the father of Narcotics Control Bureau zonal director Samir Wankhede’s father seeking a stay on the statements made by minister Nawab Malik against his family. However, the court said that Malik should say anything only after he was confirmed. The court said that the Defendant (Nawab Malik) has the right to Right to Speech.
However, the Bombay High Court said that before placing or saying anything, it is necessary to verify it. The allegations made by Nawab Malik are completely wrong, it will not be right at this stage to say. Nawab owner can post. But post anything only after thorough verification/verification.
