A two-and-a-half-year-old girl was crushed to death by a borewell vehicle in Chhattisgarh’s Korba on Thursday. The girl was returning after taking a bath with her family members from the pond. During this, a speeding car crushed him. The villagers got angry after seeing the death of the girl in the accident. However, the police reached the spot and pacified them by persuading them. The police arrested the accused driver and seized the vehicle. The matter is of Katghora police station area.
According to the information, Anil Patel, a resident of village Nagoi Bachhera, had gone to take a bath in the pond with his two and a half year old girl Prachi and family. While returning from there, Prachi suddenly reached the road near the house. During this, a borewell car coming at a high speed crushed him. The girl died on the spot after being hit by a borewell vehicle. Seeing the accident, the surrounding villagers gathered and started creating ruckus.
On getting the information, the police reached. He pacified the villagers. Along with this, the driver of the borewell vehicle, Radheshyam, was rescued from his clutches. The police have arrested the accused driver. The body has been handed over to the relatives after conducting the post-mortem. Police say that Radheshyam was going with a Bowerel car at a very high speed. That’s why the girl fell in love with him. At present, the vehicle has also been confiscated.
