New Delhi, Online Desk. In the third and final Test being played in Cape Town Team India’s wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant scored a brilliant century against South Africa. On one hand, while the other batsmen of Team India were seen battling in front of the African bowlers, the left-handed batsman batted fearlessly and hit six fours and four sixes. On the basis of this innings, Team India gave a target of 212 runs to the hosts. Second innings Team India was all out for 198 runs. Pant played an innings of 98 not out. During this innings, the wicket-keeper batsman was once seen apologizing with the bat.

The matter is of the 60th over. South African fast bowler Duane Olivier was bowling. Pant tried to hit a strong shot using the steps in this over. During this, the bat came out of his hand and fell towards the square leg. After this he was seen ‘kissing and apologizing’ to the bat. However, this is not the first time that Pant has lost his bat while trying to play a strong shot. This video and photo is becoming quite viral on social media.
