Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath was on a visit to Rajasthan on Friday, 27 January. During this, he presided over the idol restoration and life consecration program at Neelkanth Mahadev Temple in Bhinmal. Addressing the public after worship, he said that ‘Sanatan Dharma is the national religion of India’ which should be respected by every citizen.
Addressing the gathering, CM Yogi appealed to the people to work for the restoration of religious places that had been desecrated earlier. He said that a campaign should be launched on the lines of the Ram temple in Ayodhya. During this, CM Yogi and Union Water Power Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat planted Rudraksh.
‘Run a campaign to restore unclean places’
Chief Minister Yogi further said, ‘If our religious places have been desecrated during any period, then on the lines of Ayodhya where a grand temple of Lord Ram is being constructed after 500 years, a campaign for its renovation should be launched. Representing the national spirit, all of you devotees contributed to the construction of this grand national temple of Lord Rama.”
CM Yogi also referred to the resolution that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had taken to the entire countrymen to respect and preserve their heritage and further said that after 1400 years the temple of Lord Neelkanth would be renovated again on a grand note and Honor is an example of heritage conservation.
He said that Rajasthan is the place of confluence of religion, karma, devotion and power. “If you want to understand the real secrets of religion, it is necessary to come to Rajasthan”.
