Ever since the Congress took power in Rajasthan, every month till now, there have been dharnas and protests on one or the other issue.

In the anti-ED campaign, Gehlot took the front of the ministers
In protest against the ED’s interrogation of Rahul Gandhi, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has kept the front of the protest by staying in Delhi from the beginning. Rajasthan is close to Delhi, so the responsibility of gathering the crowd is more on the Rajasthan Congress. All the ministers and prominent Congress leaders of Rajasthan were seen in the protest held at Jantar Mantar yesterday. Even now all the leaders are camping in Delhi itself.
