Big relief news has come for Congress in Jobat by-election. Deepak Bhuria, who created trouble for the Congress by filling up an independent form, annoyed by not getting a ticket from the Congress, has withdrawn his name. Deepak Bhuria has withdrawn his name after the persuasion of former Chief Minister Kamal Nath and senior Congress leaders.
Bhuria along with Youth Congress State President Vikrant Bhuria and Congress candidate from Jobat Mahesh Patel arrived to withdraw the nomination. Deepak, the nephew of former MLA Kalavati Bhuria, had announced to contest the election as an independent in honor of Kalavati Bhuria after not getting the ticket. As soon as Deepak leaves the field, there is a direct contest between Mahesh Patel of Congress and Sulochana Rawat of BJP. By the way, 8 candidates are now in the fray from here.
Bhuria said – withdrawal of nomination after Kamal Nath’s assurance
Bhuria, who withdrew his name, said that Kamal Nath has had special affection and blessings for Kalavati Bhuria. I had prepared to fight this battle in honor of Kalavati Bhuria, but former CM Kamal Nath has assured me. At his behest, I am withdrawing the nomination. The Bhuria family was with the Congress and always will be.
Congress will fulfill the dreams of Kalavati Bhuria
Congress candidate Mahesh Patel said – I had already said that Deepak is a youth leader of Congress. We will convince them. After filling the form, he said that I will withdraw the name. Congress will win from here unitedly with huge votes and will fulfill the dreams of Kalavati Bhuria.
As soon as the displeasure was known, the Congress leaders became active in persuading them.
The script to withdraw the name of Deepak Bhuria, nephew of Kalavati Bhuria, started writing as soon as he learned of his displeasure. This was the reason that the Congress leaders were able to persuade him in time. Angered by not getting the ticket, Bhuria filed an independent nomination.
Since then, big leaders of Congress were in constant touch with him. Bala Bachchan, Vijay Laxmi Sadho, Ravi Joshi, Kuldeep Indora, Kantilal Bhuria had reached their village on Sunday night to celebrate them. There was a long discussion here and many issues were discussed. After persuading all the big leaders, Kamal Nath himself spoke to Bhuria on the phone. He understood their displeasure and gave assurance. After this Deepak agreed to withdraw the form.
It is worth mentioning that Deepak was preparing to contest from this seat after the death of his aunt Kalavati Bhuria, but he fell behind in the ticket claim and Congress made Mahesh Patel its candidate.
