As the COVID-19 cases declined and the government allowed shooting to resume, Bollywood swung into action once again. Yami Gautam and Pankaj Tripathi are busy shooting for ‘OMG 2’ at a Subaran studio in Mumbai, but now their shoot seems to have been put on hold temporarily. Pankaj Tripathi, Yami Gautam and director Amit Rai reportedly tested positive for COVID-19 and the team is expected to return by the end of October.

As per the sources, the studio member took the COVID-19 test only last week. Adhering to the safety norms, the cast immediately took themselves home in the home quarantine car and the rest of the unit was tested. Later, when everyone’s report came negative, the shooting resumed. But after two days, three people started showing symptoms, after which the shooting was stopped immediately. According to media reports, the shooting is expected to resume by the end of October.

As per a report in Bollywood Hungama, Akshay Kumar and Ashwin Varde are producing their upcoming social comedy together.
