Mumbai, Pretr. The Bombay High Court on Wednesday allowed model Munmun Dhamecha, an accused in the cruise drugs case, to make her weekly appearance at the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) office in Delhi instead of Mumbai. Dhamecha had sought relaxation in both these conditions on the ground that she lives in Delhi for work. Justice NW Sambre, while allowing Dhamecha’s plea, ordered her to regularly attend the NCB office in Delhi.

Significantly, on October 28, the High Court had granted bail to actor Shah Rukh Khan’s sons Aryan Khan and Arbaaz Merchant as well as Dhamecha. During the bail, the High Court had put a condition that the accused would have to register their presence in the NCB office in Mumbai every Friday. Also, information about going out of Mumbai will have to be given to NCB.

It is noteworthy that Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan was released late last month after getting bail from the Mumbai High Court in the cruise drugs party case and a day later, after completing formalities, Munmun Dhamecha was released from jail. Given. Arbaaz and Munmun were granted bail by the Mumbai High Court along with Aryan Khan. The security of Aryan Khan’s bail was filled by actress Juhi Chawla, a special friend of Shah Rukh Khan. Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were arrested by the NCB on October 3 in the cruise ship drugs case.
