Decisions of Shivraj Cabinet: A trust will be formed to build and operate the Atal Bihari Vajpayee Memorial in Gwalior; Furniture cluster will be built in 190 hectares of land in Indore

Former Prime Minister Late in the State Government Gwalior. Will build a memorial for Atal Bihari Vajpayee. A trust will be constituted for its operation. This decision was taken by the Shivraj government in the cabinet meeting on Tuesday. Along with this, the proposal of the Industries Department to give 190 hectares of government land for furniture cluster in Indore has also been approved.

Giving information about the decisions of the cabinet, government spokesperson and Home Minister Narottam Mishra said that necessary efforts would be made to spread awareness and sensitivity towards nation building and nation development among the youth through Atal Bihari Vajpayee Memorial Trust. In the memorial complex A grand statue of Vajpayee will be installed. Along with this, workshops, seminars, research, seminars, lectures etc. will be organized for conducting activities related to his philosophy of life.

Publication of literature related to self-Vajpayee and his philosophy of life in the memorial complex and library of books- e-library, establishment of study center for good governance and policy making, water body, canteen, park etc. will be developed in the campus from the point of view of tourism. . The memorial will be established and operated with the cooperation of the central and state government, non-governmental organizations, organizations, national and international level bodies and individuals.

District road will be made 7 meters wide
The cabinet has approved the proposal to widen the roads being built with the loan of Asian Development Bank. According to which the main district roads will be replaced by intermediate lanes (5.5 meters width) to 2 lanes (7 meters width). In addition, 41 other road projects were removed from the ADB scheme and approved for construction in other schemes. Approval has been given to issue joint administrative approval of Rs 6156 crore for upgradation of 60 roads in the project.

Establishment of Global Skills Park

In order to meet the needs of modern industries, the Madhya Pradesh Skill Development Project, operated in collaboration with ADB, approved a block grant of Rs.125 crore for financial provision of Rs.125 crore and creation of 319 posts for the operation of Global Skills Park.

Relief to covid affected industries
In the Madhya Pradesh State Industrial Land and Building Management Rules, a proposal has been approved to give exemption from interest and late fee for smooth operation of industries affected by the second wave of Kovid-19 epidemic, to the undeveloped government land allotted in industrial areas set up by MPIDC. Along with the development, the plant holders will be given the facility to pay the annual ground rent and maintenance fee in the financial year 2021-22 from May 1, 2021 to October 31, 2021 or within 30 days without any interest, penalty or late fee.

Approval of MoU of MECL and Mineral Corporation
MoU has been approved between Mineral Exploration Corporation Limited (MECL), a Government of India Undertaking and Madhya Pradesh State Mineral Corporation Limited. Under which the identified mineral blocks will be auctioned. After the auction, the successful bidder will be reimbursed the expenses incurred in this work. With the auction of mineral blocks, there will be an increase in the mineral revenue of the state. Employment opportunities will also be available due to new mine operation.

Furniture to be made in Indore’s Betma Khurd
Indore International Furniture Cluster Association has been given permission to develop a furniture cluster on 190.345 hectares of government land in Betma Khurd district Indore. Permission has been given to develop the proposed cluster in three phases with the right to charge development fee and maintenance fee from the industrial/business units established in the cluster.

Gwalior Agriculture Company will get land with conditions
The government has declared 5200 acres of land out of 8585 acres for air cargo hub of Gwalior Agriculture Company’s land in Gwalior and Datia. After withdrawing the case of the company which is going on in the court, this land will be given to the Revenue Department. After this, if the company proposes to provide employment, then it has been decided to give it on the basis of lease and equity.
