Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh is busy with many films these days. The actor is constantly in the news for his character in his new film ‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’. The audience is waiting to see the film, for whose promotion the actors are leaving no stone unturned.

Recently the makers have released the title track of the film, the video of which has caught the attention of the fans, which is being well-liked. After the trailer of the film, the track has now rocked social media. The film is set for theatrical release on May 13.

Even before its release, ‘Jayeshbhai Jordaar’ is mired in legal controversy. It revolves around the story of a middle class Gujarati man who always fights with the family who are desperate to welcome a son into the house. Along with this, he protects his pregnant wife and daughter from the society, who do not have any problem. Let us tell you that the trailer of this film tried to open the eyes for the society, but after seeing the trailer, the controversy started. Let us tell you that on May 4, a case was filed against the makers in the Delhi High Court. A petition was filed before the court on this. The pre-delivery sex determination scene is depicted in the trailer.

Delhi High Court to hear legal case against Jayeshbhai Vigor makers over prenatal sex-determination scene

On Monday, a bench of Acting Chief Justice Vipin Sanghi and Justice Navin Chawla began hearing the matter. According to a report in Live Law, the judges said the trailer suggests that prenatal sex determination – a prohibited activity – is freely available at any ultrasound clinic. The bench said the message being displayed through the film is “good” but the scene of a pregnant woman being taken to a clinic cannot be shown in this manner. The judges said the trailer showed a pregnant woman being taken to the clinic ‘regularly’.

The judges asked the respondents to produce relevant clips that depict the circumstances behind the woman being taken to the clinic and the behavior of doctors and other characters. The bench further said that until they see themselves and are satisfied, they will not allow the clip to be used in the film.
