New Delhi :

The Delhi Police Crime Branch has arrested two more accused for the violence at Jahangirpuri Kushal Chowk on 16 April. Both the accused are brothers in the relationship. Both are accused of joining the mob and committing violence. The names of the accused are Zafar and Babuddin. So far the police have arrested 28 adults and sent 3 minors to a child reform home. Both these accused know the main accused of the violence, Mohammad Ansar.

They are accused of attacking people involved in the procession with glass bottles on the day of violence. These people were also waving swords. At present, there are 9 accused including Ansar in the custody of Delhi Police Crime Branch, from whom the police are constantly interrogating and locating the accused.

Let us tell you that during Hanuman Jayanti Violence in Delhi, violence broke out between two communities in Jahangirpuri area on Saturday. According to the police, stones were pelted and some vehicles were set on fire during the violence which took place at 6 pm. Police has registered a case under serious sections like riots, attempt to murder and Arms Act. Many policemen were also injured in this incident.
