After removing MLA Shobharani Kushwaha from the party, now BJP has started the process of removing his name from the list of its MLAs. Leader of Opposition in Rajasthan Assembly Gulabchand Kataria has written a letter to Speaker Dr CP Joshi to remove the name of Shobharani, who cross-voted in favor of Congress candidate in the Rajya Sabha elections, from the list of BJP MLAs. But there is a difference in the date of Shobharani’s expulsion in the letter.
Kataria wrote this in the letter
Kataria has said in the letter that on June 10, 2022, the Central Disciplinary Committee of BJP found Dholpur MLA Shobharani Kushwaha guilty of violating section 25 of the party’s constitution rules and the provision of rule 10-A, B, C and D. But expelled from the party with immediate effect. He has also been relieved from other obligations given by the party. So Shobharani Kushwaha’s affiliation with BJP has ended. Therefore, his name should be removed from the list of MLAs of the party. Kataria has also sent a copy of the order of the BJP’s Central Disciplinary Committee to the Speaker of the Assembly, Dr CP Joshi, through which Shobharani Kushwaha has been expelled from the party.
This is the difference in dates
On June 10, Kataria has written about the removal of Shobharani Kushwaha from the party on behalf of the BJP’s Central Disciplinary Committee. Whereas the Central Disciplinary Committee had issued a show-cause notice to Shobharani on June 10. He was asked to reply in 7 days. But only on June 11, when Shobharani made the opposite allegations against the senior leaders of the party. So on June 14, the Central Disciplinary Committee issued an order to expel him from the party.
This the whole matter ,
Shobharani Kushwaha, a BJP MLA from Dholpur, had cast her vote for Congress candidate Pramod Tiwari by cross-voting during the Rajya Sabha elections held on June 10. The same evening BJP started the process of his expulsion and issued a show cause notice and called for a reply within 7 days. But Shobharani Kushwaha openly revolted against the party the very next day on June 11 and indicated to leave the party. Shobharani attacked the big leaders by accusing them of disobeying promises.
Shobharani said that the existence of any leader is from his workers, so our workers have decided that they themselves do not want to be in such a party, whose national leaders only work to defeat their candidates. Till now I, my Kushwaha Samaj and all my Sarva Samaj workers have cheated a lot. Now someone cheats us again, this is not acceptable to our workers and us. Who would want to be in a party that defeats its own candidates?
Dholpur MLA Shobharani said- Me and my Kushwaha community did not go to BJP for Dholpur by-election in 2017. After destroying my family, when he felt that the Kushwaha community of Dholpur district as well as the entire Rajasthan could get out of the hands of BJP, then he himself had come by walking. He raised questions on the party leaders and said that we were asked to vote for independent candidate Subhash Chandra without keeping them in trust. He also spoke many things for Subhash Chandra.
