1. Don’t let there be a shortage of water

Due to excessive sweating during this season, there is a shortage of water in the body. In such a situation, it becomes more important to keep the body hydrated. For which drink sufficient amount of water. Along with this, keep drinking other healthy liquids like curd, buttermilk, lemonade, glucon D, lassi, coconut water, fruit juice and water cumin. This will help protect against heat stroke. Carry a water bottle with you while going out of the house. Drinking sattu and bael juice in summer also prevents heatstroke and keeps it healthy as well.

2. Focus on Eating

Take precautions to avoid diseases caused by heat and sun. These days the problem of food poisoning is also very much along with heatstroke. So eat fresh fruits as much as possible. Avoid eating open food outside. Avoid stale food. Include such fruits and vegetables in the diet in which the amount of water is high. Cucumber, Cucumber, Watermelon, Melon, Mango, Litchi, Gourd, all these things are healthy to eat in this season. Have a light meal. Chillies – Stay away from spicy food. Dal-rice, khichdi are good and light options. Which keeps digestion right and prevents diseases like diarrhea.

3. Wear comfortable clothes

Prickly heat and rashes due to sweating are also common in summers. So to stay away from this problem, wear comfortable clothes. Cotton fabric is best for this season in every way. Do not wear clothes like synthetic, polyester, satin by yourself, nor do children wear them. These fabrics do not absorb sweat, which makes the skin sticky. Due to which boils and pimples can also occur in addition to prickly heat. Take bath twice a day in the scorching heat. Use medicated soap and powder.
