The Tehsildar of Paonta Sahib, located in Sirmaur district of Himachal Pradesh, has canceled the Himachali certificate made by a fake property dealer of Punjab. Along with this, the process of attaching properties worth crores purchased on the basis of certificates has also been started. In this regard, the daily also ran a news on the app on 9 June.
It is noteworthy that property worth crores of rupees has been made by making fake certificates by Paramjeet, a property dealer and businessman of Punjab residing in Paonta Sahib of district Sirmaur. When a complaint was made about this, DC Sirmaur ordered an inquiry into the certificate. Along with this, the report was summoned from the District Revenue Officer, Tehsildar Paonta Sahib and Patwari.
After which the certificate was found to be fake in the investigation. On the basis of the report, DC has canceled the certificate and ordered to attach the land purchased in Paonta Sahib. The DC said that this is also a violation of section 118 of the HP Land Act. This fake certificate is canceled with immediate effect. Giving information about this, Tehsildar Paonta Ved Prakash said that Himachali certificate has been cancelled.
