First experiment in the state: More than 800 mobile food courts will be registered in the city, the municipality will have an annual income of one crore

There are around 800 mobile food courts in the city. Municipality will register them. With this people will get hygienic food. Not only this, the Municipality will also earn one crore rupees annually. Municipal Corporation says that such an experiment will be for the first time in the state that registration of mobile food court will be done. Rules have been prepared for registration of mobile food court.

Its permit will be available free of cost, but an annual fee will have to be paid. 10 thousand for mobile food court with three wheeler and 15 thousand rupees for four wheeler will have to be paid annually. This work has been included in the agenda of the Standing Committee. The decision will be taken in the meeting to be held on Thursday.

If the rule is broken three times, the permit will be canceled
Keeping a table or chair in public places will attract a fine of Rs 2,000 for the first time and Rs 5000 for the second time. If found doing so for the third time then the permit itself will be cancelled. Similarly, if garbage is dumped in the surrounding area, then for the first time 500 rupees and second time 1000 rupees and for the third time the permit will be cancelled.

Zero encroachment rule will also have to be followed
Encroachment is a major problem in the city. After registering the mobile food court, the municipality will also take special care to ensure that there is no encroachment by the owner. Registered mobiles will be able to run the food court from 6 pm to 11 pm. Standing committee chairman Paresh Patel said that the license of the mobile food court will generate an annual income of one crore to the Municipal Corporation. The income of the municipality will be increased.
