Sant Kabir Nagar: On the instructions of Superintendent of Police Dr. Kaustubh, five teams have been constituted under the leadership of Thanedar Jaivardhan Singh for the arrest of the madrassa teacher accused of rape. For the arrest of the accused, raids were conducted at various places from late Monday night to Tuesday evening, but the madrassa teacher could not be caught by the police. However, the police is claiming to arrest the accused soon. The police reached two places of Mehdawal police station area late in the night, but the accused had fled from there. The relatives of the accused have also been engaged by the police to cooperate in the arrest. The district’s SWAT team is also cooperating with the Mehdawal police in this matter.

It is noteworthy that the mother of a seven-year-old girl resident of Mehdawal police station area had accused her daughter of raping her by a teacher in a madrasa. Taking this matter seriously, the police had registered a case against the accused Madrasa teacher Mustaq resident Baludia police station Khesraha district Siddharthnagar for rape and under POSCO Act. In view of the seriousness of the matter, Additional Superintendent of Police Santosh Kumar Singh, Deputy Collector Ajay Kumar Tripathi, CO Mehdawal Ambareesh Bhadauria, SHO Jaivardhan Singh reached the spot and investigated. Five teams were formed on the instructions of the SP.

Mehdawal Thanedar Jaivardhan Singh said that five teams are raiding from place to place to arrest the accused. Every possible place of his is being raided. The police is also keeping an eye on who can give shelter to the madrasa teacher. Along with the district, the police of Siddharthnagar is also looking for the accused. Very soon the accused teacher will be in the custody of the police.
