Fraud of 63 thousand from woman in Jind: Earnest money taken for selling plot already sold; case on 2

In Jind, Haryana, the city police station has registered a case of cheating against two people for duping a woman 63 thousand rupees on the pretext of getting a plot. The plot which was sold to the woman had already been sold to someone else. It was not registered.

Babli, a resident of Budhababa Basti in Jind city, told the city police station that he needed a plot. He contacted the Kashmiri of Basti who is also his neighbor. The Kashmiri told him to get a plot and introduced him to Dalsher, a resident of Raichandwala village. Who got the deal done by claiming himself as the owner of the plot.

The woman alleged that the Kashmiri in connivance with Dalsher took 63 thousand rupees as earnest money of 121 square yard plot from her on July 26. After about a month of paying the earnest money, he and his family went to fill the foundation of this plot and get the soil poured, then a person present there told that this plot belonged to him. Whose registry is also in his name.

When he spoke to Kashmiri and Dalsher, the owner of the plot, he did not get any satisfactory reply. When he asked for the money back, both of them refused to return the amount. The city police station has started investigation by registering a case of cheating against Kashmiri and Dalsher on the complaint of the woman.
