Dialogue Associate, Dehri Onson (Rohtas): The 30th anniversary cum honor ceremony of Gurukul School was organized on Sunday in Sujanpur village under Bhaisa Panchayat of the block. The program was inaugurated by jointly lighting the lamp by District Councilor Ajay Kumar Singh, former MLA Satyanarayan Singh Yadav and Dr. UK Singha. School children drew the attention of people on excessive use of mobile phones, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, water conservation and women empowerment.
The former MLA said that students should not forget their culture along with studies. The elders should be respected and the younger ones should be loved. Principal Kumar Savinay said that today’s children are the future of tomorrow’s country. Children should work hard and contribute in shaping the future of the country. Director RP Singh welcomed the guests. The stage was jointly conducted by Supriya Kumari and Moni Pandey. The Director while distributing the certificates to the students of Gurukul Institute of Technology said that it is the moral duty of every person to keep the environment green and clean. Plantation plays an important role in environmental protection, so we should take care of them along with planting saplings. Dr. UK Singha said that Gurukul School is the identity of Indian culture. Along with studies, the children here are making their name bright in sports as well. District Councilor Ajay Kumar Singh said that this school is no less than a pride for this area. He praised the better performance of the students in the short drama related to drug de-addiction campaign. On the occasion Joint Secretary Brijesh Kumar, Mukhdev Singh, Sanjay Kumar Singh, Santosh Kumar Singh, Anshul Prakash, Sanjay Kumar, Jitendra Tiwari, Rajendra Yadav, Arvind Kumar, Angad Kumar, Ashwini Kumar, Geeta Kumari, Shikha Kumari, Moni Pandey, Supriya Kumari , Saba Parveen, Kusum Kumari, Priyanka Kumari, Saloni Kumari, Neha Kumari, Neha Gupta and others were present.
