Gyanvapi Masjid case: Amidst demand to bring back Ajay Mishra, his survey report was submitted to the court

In the survey case of Gyanvapi Masjid, Varanasi court had removed Advocate Commissioner Ajay Mishra. This step was taken after questions were raised on Mishra’s impartiality. Along with this, the court had also given two days’ time to the remaining two commissioners to file the report.

Court commissioner Ajay Mishra, who was removed in the Gyanvapi survey case, has submitted his report to the court. Advocate Ajay Mishra has submitted his survey report in Varanasi district court on Wednesday evening itself. Which is being told of two pages. The videography and photography done during his time are already kept in the locker of the Treasury. Let us inform that yesterday a petition was also filed in the court. In which the Hindu side had urged the court to allow Ajay Mishra to submit his survey report.

In fact, in the survey case of Gyanvapi Masjid, the Varanasi court had removed Advocate Commissioner Ajay Mishra. This step was taken after questions were raised on Mishra’s impartiality. Along with this, the court had also given two days’ time to the remaining two commissioners to file the report. The court had found that Ajay Mishra had hired a private videographer for the survey of the Gyanvapi Masjid, he was constantly speaking in the media on the issues related to the case. Due to which the decision was taken to relieve Mishra.

Earlier, the court had given the responsibility of conducting the survey to Ajay Mishra alone. Civil Judge Ravi Diwakar had made him the first commissioner. Ajay Mishra conducted the survey alone for two days on 6 and 7 May. Later, after the objection of the Muslim side, the court appointed Vishal Singh and Ajay Pratap Singh along with Ajay Mishra and ordered to file the survey report on May 17.
