According to the information received, the name of the old man is Naval Kishore Pandey and he is a teacher in a private school. He has been teaching children for 40 years. In such a situation, like everyday, he was returning back home after teaching the children. In such a situation, his bicycle accidentally fell near Ekta Chowk in Bhabua. During this, two women constables stationed there asked the old man to remove the bicycle immediately but there was a slight delay from them. Furious over such a small thing, both the constables started beating the old man with sticks.
