Jagran Correspondent, Panipat: Former Chief Minister and Leader of Opposition Bhupendra Singh Hooda said that the policy of the government is to sell jobs, buy votes. The election held in Ellenabad, the malpractices in the recruitment of Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) and Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) is proof of this.
