Patna, State Bureau. The Health Department has completed the process of reinstatement for all the posts except physician in specialist medical officer recruitment. Against total 3706 posts, the department has got 764 candidates so far. The result for 307 posts of Physician has not been released yet. The department had started the process of restoration on 3706 posts lying vacant during the Corona period, after which only 764 candidates have been selected. Remaining posts are still vacant. The recruitment process of Specialist Medical Officer is being done through Technical Service Commission. The department has so far declared the results of General Surgery, Gynecology, Gynecology, Orthopedic Medical Officers.

General category doctors found only in gynecological and general surgery

According to the information received from the department, 209 candidates have been selected against 641 posts for Gynecologist Medical Officer. Of these, 206 are women doctors. Similarly, 138 candidates have been selected against 568 posts of General Surgery. While 36 candidates have been selected against 42 vacant posts of Orthopedics. In gynecology, candidates are found only in general category. In General Surgery also, except the general category, the seats for other categories have remained vacant.

Dr. Kripanath will see the work of DMCH superintendent

The Health Department has appointed Dr. Kripanath Mishra as the Superintendent of Darbhanga Medical College Hospital (DMCH). Dr. Mishra is currently posted as Principal in Darbhanga Medical College. He will have the post of superintendent as additional charge. The department has also given financial powers to Dr. Mishra. The department has issued orders in this regard. On the other hand, Dr. Brij Bihari Ram, who was looking after the work of Principal in Government Dhanwantri Ayurvedic College, Ahiroli Buxar, has been deputed to Government Ayodhya Shivkumari Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Begusarai, relieving him. Vijayanand Pandey, who was a lecturer in the Government Dhanwantri Ayurvedic College, Ahiroli Buxar, has been given the charge of the post of Principal.
