The remaining five players of the Indian team, coach Rahul Dravid and the New Zealand team arrived in a special flight at Chakeri Airport on Monday afternoon for the India-New Zealand Test match to be played at Greenpark from November 25-29. In the bio-bubble circle, the player reached the hotel landmark by bus without touching anyone. The New Zealand team will stay there on the 14th and the Indian team on the 15th floor till the match.

Playing the T20 series on Monday, five players of the Indian team KL Rahul, Shreyas Iyer, Axar Patel, R Ashwin and Mohammad Siraj, along with coach Rahul Dravid and team management, reached here at 2:15 pm from Kolkata. The players remained in the bio-bubble security cordon in the hotel. Earlier, 11 members of the Indian team came to the hotel and were quarantined.

New Zealand in Tuesday morning session and Indian team will practice in the evening

This time the teams will be trained in two sessions. In the morning session on November 23, the New Zealand team will land on the practice pitch towards the New Players Pavilion. At the same time, in the evening session, the Indian team will test its preparation on the practice pitches made towards the director’s pavilion.

Let us tell you that the players of the Indian Test team had already reached Kanpur who were not part of the T20 team and now after the end of the T20 series, other players have reached there. Prior to this Test series, India under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma made a clean sweep of New Zealand 3-0 in the three-match T20I series. Ajinkya Rahane will be seen captaining the Indian team as Virat Kohli will no longer be in the first Test.
