New Delhi, Jnn. International Emmy Awards 2021 is going to start with a bang. The audience is also eagerly waiting for these awards. This year at the Emmy Awards 2021, Sushmita Sen from India for her web series Arya, Nawazuddin Siddiqui for her film ‘Serious Man’ and stand-up comedian and actor Vir Das are also nominated. Due to which there is a lot of enthusiasm about the awards among the Indian audience as well. All eyes are on who will be able to bring this award for India.

The International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences announced the nominations for the 2021 International Emmy Awards on 23 September. In these nominations, 44 nominations have been filed in 11 categories. In which Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Vir Das and Sushmita Sen have been nominated from India. Seeing these nominations, hope has been awakened in the minds of the audience as well. The Indian audience also has high expectations from these three. Sushmita Sen was also very happy to have her name in the nominations.

If Sushmita Sen gets this award, then it is going to be like a big win for her after years. Sushmita again stepped on the big screen after about 10 years with the ‘Arya’ web series. Sushmita’s charm remained intact even after 10 years. His web series has also been well-liked. Now the second season of this series is also going to be released soon. Recently a teaser of this has also been released. In which Sushmita’s character looked even stronger than before.

At the same time, for this year’s Emmy Awards, actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui has also been nominated in the Best Actor category for the film ‘Serious Man’ released on Netflix. Apart from Nawazuddin, the category also features British star David Tennant (Des) as well as Israeli actors Roy Nick (Normally) and Colombian Christian Tappan (El Robo del Siglo or The Great Heist). Actor and stand-up comedian Vir Das has been nominated for the comedy series Vir Das: For India Comedy Segment. Directed by Sudhir Mishra, ‘Serious Man’ is an adaptation of writer Manu Joseph’s 2010 novel of the same name.
