What is Breathe App?

Apple Watch has a very useful mindfulness feature, which you know as the Breathe app. This app helps you take a moment for yourself, take a few deep breaths, and connect with yourself. Plus, with the Mindfulness app on your Apple Watch, you can take some time to mirror a thought or action.

How does the app work

The Breathe app (the native app on Apple Watch) guides you through a series of deep breaths, and it reminds you to take time to breathe each day. With it you choose how long you want to rest, then let the animations and gentle taps help you focus. Additionally, you can track your sessions with the Health app. At the end of each session, you can also see how many times you’ve used the Breathe app that day.
