Auction of school sites was conducted by Haryana Urban Development Authority on Tuesday, October 12. A total of six school sites in Panchkula were put up for auction in the e-auction but only one of these sites got sold. Due to non-receipt of bidders for the remaining five sites, these sites could not be auctioned. The school site of MDC, Sector-6 has been bought by Kabir Educational Society. This society is also running a school in Sector-26 of Chandigarh.
HSVP is continuously auctioning properties during these Navratras. In these Navratras, the auction of residential, commercial, hospital sites has already been done. Now on October 14, the auction of residential and commercial properties will be conducted by HSVP. After this, HSVP is also considering doing property auction on October 30. For this the property is being selected.
Apart from residential and commercial properties, hotels, shopping malls, hospitals, school sites can also be auctioned in this auction. This year, HSVP has collected more than Rs 3,000 crore from property auctions across the state. In Panchkula, apart from the basement, a five-storey house is allowed to be built. Parking is mandatory on the ground floor.
Apart from this, in addition to the basement, the first floor is also allowed in the booths of the city. Due to this the demand for property in Panchkula has increased. The sale of residential and commercial properties in HSVP’s e-auction is getting a good response. On Monday, seven sites placed in various sectors have been sold in the auction for hospitals, nursing homes, clinic sites.
