New Delhi, Jnn. The host of Sony TV’s show The Kapil Sharma Show and comedian Kapil Sharma teases and scolds the celebrities coming on his show, but now is the time to open their raw letters. Now a biopic has been announced on Kapil’s life, which is titled – Funkaar. Kapil’s biopic has been announced on the auspicious festival of Makar Sankranti.

The film will be directed by Fukrey-produced Mrigdeep Singh Lamba, while it is being produced by Mahavir Jain. The star cast of the film has not been announced yet. Kapil Sharma has come a long and struggling journey as an artiste. Kapil, who started with a stand-up comedy show, himself participated in many comedy reality shows before starting his own show.

Kapil, who is tickling with his wit and style of saying, has also made his debut on the film screen. Kapil made his actor debut in the 2015 romantic-comedy film Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karoon, directed by Abbas-Mustan, known for his thriller films. Now Kapil is also bringing his show on the digital platform, titled Kapil Sharma – I am not done yet. This is a stand up comedy show, in which Kapil will laugh with his anecdotes.

This show of Kapil is going to stream on the platform on January 28. Kapil has shared videos related to the show on his social media account, in which he is seen commenting on his personal life. Kapil was born in Amritsar. His father was a head constable in the Punjab Police. Kapil first came into the limelight by winning The Great Indian Laughter Challenge show in 2007. Earlier, Kapil used to do comedy show Hansade Hansaade Ravo of MH One channel. After this Sony TV’s show Comedy Circus increased Kapil’s popularity. In 2013, Kapil launched his show Comedy Nights with Kapil on Colors TV.
