Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has come on a two-day visit to Varanasi for the 113th time. Yogi worshiped at the Kashi Vishwanath temple on Saturday. After this, CM Yogi performed the aarti of Baba Kaal Bhairav in the dark. Kaal Bhairav is called ‘Kotwal of Kashi’. The Chief Minister offered prayers and performed aarti at the temple on Saturday morning.
Visited Kaal Bhairav Temple 100 times
CM Yogi has not only created history by worshiping 100 times at Srikashi Vishwanath Temple, but has also become the first Chief Minister to visit Kal Bhairav Temple 100 times in the last six years. He also anointed Baba Vishwanath with milk and water. Later, after taking the blessings of Mahadev, again engaged in the service of the public.

Yogis reach Kashi on an average every 21 days
After assuming power in 2017, CM Yogi has come to visit Baba Vishwanath on an average every 21 days. CM Yogi comes to Kashi at least once a month. Every time the Chief Minister reviews the development works in the city and inspects the area. After taking charge of Uttar Pradesh for the first time, Yogi Adityanath visited Lord Visheshwar 74 times from 2017 to March 2022 to seek blessings.

Neeraj Kumar Pandey, the priest of Kashi Vishwanath Temple, says that CM Yogi’s visit is proof enough of his immense devotion towards Sanatan Dharma and Baba Vishwanath. He told that on September 9 last year, when the Chief Minister had come to Varanasi for the 100th time, he had visited Srikashi Vishwanath Dham for the 88th time. Since then till March 18, the Chief Minister has visited the temple 12 times.
