New Delhi, Auto Desk. Indo Japanese car maker Maruti Suzuki is going to launch three new cars this year. That includes the Brezza facelift, Alto and a new mid-size SUV. The new Brezza facelift will launch on June 30 and the new Alto and mid-size SUV is set to launch closer to the 2022 festive season. However, the company has not yet revealed the official launch timings of the Alto and mid-size SUVs. Let’s know important information about these upcoming cars of Maruti Suzuki –

Maruti Brezza 2022

Maruti Suzuki’s top-selling SUV is all set to get better in terms of design, features and performance with the generation change. This car will knock in the Indian market on June 30. Maruti Suzuki has officially started booking its new SUV Brezza ahead of the launch. Customers can book the 2022 Brezza for an amount of Rs 11,000.

Maruti Suzuki Alto 2022

The new generation Maruti Alto is expected to hit the roads in July or August 2022. Its production may start by the end of June. The new model of the hatchback will be taller and taller than the current version. The interiors will be updated with features like touchscreen infotainment system with smartphone connectivity, semi-digital instrument console, engine start/stop button and keyless entry. The new 2022 Maruti Alto will retain the existing 796cc petrol engine with a new 1.0L K10C petrol unit. The new Alto may also get a CNG version.

Maruti Suzuki Mid Size SUV

The Indo-Japanese automaker is working on a new mid-size SUV that will be developed in collaboration with Toyota. This model is reported to be launched during the festive season of 2022. Interestingly, the new Maruti SUV will share its platform (Toyota’s TNGA-B), design elements, features and engines with the upcoming Toyota mid-size SUV. However, both the models will look different and retail through the respective dealerships of the carmaker.

The new Maruti SUV is likely to come with two petrol engines paired with a lighter and stronger hybrid system. Diesel engine will not be an option. The model is expected to come equipped with some technology features like ADAS, connected car technology, HUD (head-up display), a 360-degree camera and more.
