New Delhi, Online Desk. Virat Kohli, the former captain of the Indian cricket team, is going through a bad form these days. In the 15th season of the Indian Premier League, he played for Royal Challengers Bangalore, not only as a captain, but as a player. After a flop in the middle order for the team, he was sent for the opening but the result did not change. Kohli struggled to score runs throughout the season and but he is hopeful that runs will come off his bat as soon as he returns to international cricket.

Talking to Harbhajan Singh, the former captain expressed his hope of making a quick comeback from poor form. He says that he is just waiting for a good innings. He believes that once the runs start scoring, then he will be able to come back excited by it. Kohli said, “I know how excited I will be when the runs start coming in. I want to win the Asia Cup and T20 World Cup for India.”

He further added, “I have to keep moving forward with balance, need to take some rest. Need a little bit of rejuvenation and once I get into that mental state then there is no looking back, then it will be a lot of fun. I intend to help the Indian team win the Asia Cup and the World Cup. I am ready to do anything for the team to do this.

On the matter of taking a break from cricket, Virat said, it is not that many people are talking about it. There is only one person who has discussed this, he is Ravi bhai and this is because Because they have seen me very closely in the last 6 to 7 years. Only they know the truth about the kind of situation I am going through.”
