Not only this, through interactive demos, you can also make video calls to retail associates with the Meta Portal.

There are also several demos for Quest 2 that users can take, including demos for Beat Saber, Golf+, Real VR Fishing and Supernatural. In addition, visitors to the store will be given a 30-second mixed reality clip showing them playing the game.

Meta Hardware Retail Stores

META’s Hardware Retail Store will be open from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Friday.

The tiny 1,550-square-foot storefront is opening near Meta’s Reality Labs headquarters. These retail stores could provide a platform for developing VR/AR projects in the future, including advanced mixed reality glasses and control systems.

The head of the meta store said

Martin Gilliard, Head of Meta Stores, said: “Having a store here in Burlingame gives us more opportunity to experiment and keep the customer experience central to our growth. What we learn here will help define our future retail strategy. Martin continued, “The Meta Store is going to help people build relationships with how our products could be the gateway to the metaverse in the future. We are not selling the Metaverse in our stores, but hopefully people will come and learn a little more about how our products will help them engage with it.
