One injured in firing between 2 villages in Nalanda: Grocery businessman’s son was shot in the neck, injured recently referred to PMCH

On Friday evening, the son of a grocery businessman was injured in a shootout between Kripa Bigha and Dharampur village of Rajgir police station area. In a hurry, the family brought him to Sadar Hospital Bihar Sharif. From where the doctor has referred PMCH for better treatment.

The injured youth is Sagar Kumar, 19-year-old son of Shravan Sao, a resident of Kripa Bigha village. In connection with the incident, the injured’s father Shravan Sau told that he was closing his grocery shop. His son was standing outside the shop. Meanwhile, firing started between Dharampur village and Kripa Bigha village over some dispute. At the same time, a bullet hit his son’s neck and he got injured and fell there. Whom he has brought to Sadar Hospital for treatment.

In this incident, about 30 rounds of firing were being told by the victim’s father. Rajgir DSP Pradeep Pal told that there was a dispute between the two regarding children during the day. After which there was stone pelting earlier in the evening, after which firing was done by one side. In this, the son of the grocery businessman has been shot. Police reached the spot and started investigation into the matter. Raids are being conducted against the accused.
