Operation Allout continues in Kashmir: 4 terrorists killed in Pulwama-Baramulla encounter, Majid, who killed Sub-Inspector, was also killed

In Jammu and Kashmir, four terrorists were killed in encounters by security forces in Baramulla and Pulwama on Tuesday. Three terrorists were killed in Baramulla and one in Pulwama. One of the slain terrorists has been identified as Majid Nazir of Jaish-e-Mohammed.

IGP Vijay Kumar said that Majid was involved in the murder of sub-inspector Farooq Ahmed Mir in Pampore. According to the IGP, the remaining three terrorists are being identified. The security forces have launched a search operation at both the places.

Terrorists had killed the sub-inspector
Sub-Inspector Farooq Ahmed Mir was killed by terrorists in Pampore area of ​​South Kashmir’s Pulwama district. Farooq Ahmed Mir had left his house in Sambura and went towards the paddy fields, where the terrorists had targeted him. He was posted in 23 Battalion IRP at Lethpera in Pampora. His family consists of father, wife and three children. These include two daughters and a son.

Three terrorists were killed on Monday
Earlier on the morning of last Monday (June 20), three terrorists were killed by the security forces. Two of them were killed in an encounter in Kupwara and one in Pulwama district. Since Sunday (June 19), there have been four encounters between security forces and terrorists, in which 11 terrorists have been killed so far. On Sunday, 4 terrorists were killed in encounters in Kupwara and Kulgam districts.

So far this year, 118 terrorists have been killed.
Security forces have launched Operation Allout against the terrorists in the valley. So far this year, 118 terrorists including 32 foreigners have been killed. A week ago, two Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists were killed in an encounter by security forces in Hangalgund area of ​​Anantnag district.
