The marriage in Sahnali Badi, a small village in Churu district, remains a topic of discussion. The Pandit sitting here got the bride and groom married online in Australia from the girl’s house. Professor Dr. Gajendra Singh Rathod of Sahnali Badi village told that his daughter Niharika had gone to Sydney, Australia two years ago with elder sister Priyangini on a tourist visa. Meanwhile, when Corona came, the government there kept on increasing Niharika’s visa. Before moving to Australia, he had a relationship with RS Shekhawat. Shekhawat also lives in Australia. He is on the post of manager in the hotel there. Shekhawat could not come to India for two years because of Australian citizenship. Pundits who married customarily in Australia were also not available.

Due to not getting married for a long time, the family proposed marriage online. All the family members agreed, but they performed all the rituals in the village. Both got married on 20 November. In this, Pandit Suresh Sharma got both the rounds done with online Vedic chanting.
