Agra, Jagran Correspondent. Higher Education Minister Yogendra Upadhyay held a meeting with the university administration as well as the police on Sunday in connection with the paper out of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University. He has instructed to take action against those who throw out the paper in 48 hours. After their meeting, Vice Chancellor Prof. Vinay Kumar has given the additional charge of Controller of Examination Ajay Krishna Yadav to Registrar Sanjeev Kumar Singh with immediate effect till further orders. All the examinations to be completed will be conducted under the supervision of the Registrar. Radio frequency identification device locks and electronic chips will be installed at the nodal centres.

This new arrangement

1- One Supervisor will be appointed by the University at all the Nodal Centers.

These supervisors will be senior teachers of aided colleges and will be available at nodal centers from 5 am to 3 pm.

2- It shall be ensured by all the invigilators that all packets of question papers emanating from the nodal centers are dispatched to the examination centers in a sealed form and the question paper does not reach any examination center before 30 minutes.

3- A team of four senior professors (Professor Umesh Chandra Sharma, Professor Pradeep Sridhar, Professor Bindushekhar Sharma, Professor Bhupendra Swaroop Sharma) will be formed by the university, in which they will be accompanied by one assistant registrar and other teachers.

4- This team will continuously monitor all the districts and ensure that the question paper does not reach any of the examination centers before 30 minutes. Along with this, it will also ensure that all the examination centers are connected to the control room of the university with CCTV or not.

5- Professor V.K. Saraswat and Professor Manu Pratap Singh will also continuously monitor the question papers opening from the control rooms at the nodal centers.

6- All the nodal centers will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology (Radio Frequency Identification Device) locks.

In the digital technology of 7-RFID, two video cameras are installed in and outside the strong room of the nodal centre.

An electronic chip will be installed on this lock outside the 8-strong room, whose control room will be in the university.

9- When the command is given from the university, only then the lock of the strong room will open. With the facility of this digital lock, the control of the university will be ensured at all the nodal centers.

10- Efforts are being made by the University that from today onwards GPS facility should be available in the taxis sent from all the nodal centers, which will be monitored by both the control rooms of the University.

11- It was also decided that in the upcoming examinations, mobile facility will be available only with the nodal center presidents, apart from this mobile will be restricted with any other teacher or employee at the nodal center.
