The complaints related to Corona are being disposed of within 1 to eight days in the most special government court of the country. If someone was not being given death certificate, then there was a refusal to give compassionate appointment to someone. Students who returned from China were not being given admission in any institution here. The Jan Adalat addressed many such complaints. A member of the Corona affected family also got a job.

Some affected people of Corona had complained directly to the Prime Minister’s Office. From there the complaint was sent here for redressal. The Jan Adalat resolved the problems of the affected in a single day.

Among such affected were about a dozen students who went to study in China. After the outbreak of Corona there, the students were sent back here. Due to this, the children lost their education and there was a danger of wasting their one year. Someone gave advice to the families of the students. Students were admitted in government institutions. Similarly, a member of the Corona affected family of the capital was not getting compassionate appointment.

Death from corona was not written in the death certificate of the deceased. A complaint was filed in the Jan Adalat. During the hearing, documents related to the treatment of the patient were presented on behalf of the victim’s family. The court got the officers verified and immediately ordered to issue a new death certificate. After that the affected family got compassionate appointment. In this, the wife was not getting compassion after the death of her husband. There was a financial crisis in the family and both the children left their education. When the wife asked for a job, it was decided that it was revealed. But no one was ready to listen to him. After investigation in the Jan Adalat, the death certificate was nullified. The woman got the job after the intervention of Minister of Public Grievances Department and CM Bhupesh Baghel.
