According to Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi, while talking to reporters, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and many other dignitaries will be present in the program. He said that the program is being organized by the Lok Sabha Secretariat and the Speaker of the Lok Sabha.

According to the Press Information Office, the program on the occasion of Constitution Day was started by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2015. This year the main event will be held in the Central Hall of Parliament. On the question of abrogation of three agricultural laws in the winter session of Parliament, Joshi said that the Prime Minister has already made an announcement in this regard and the Agriculture Ministry is deliberating on it.
