Police constable recruitment: Candidates involved in paper leak will not be able to sit in the examination, the dreams of 104 youths have been ruined

Students involved in paper leak will not be able to sit in the re-examination of police constable in Himachal Pradesh. After the clarification of the state government, the police headquarters has decided to exclude the accused candidates from the examination.

After this decision, the dream of recruitment in the police of 104 candidates arrested across the state has been ruined. There are allegations against these youths that they have bought paper by paying lakhs of rupees. Along with the brokers selling the paper, the youth who buy it are equally guilty. Apart from the candidates who bought the paper, the police have arrested half a dozen more touts from other states.

The examination taken on March 27 was canceled

For about 1600 posts of constable in women and men category, written examination was taken on March 27 last. During that time the question paper was leaked even before the exam. The allegations of paper leak were proved true by the arrest of three youths first by the Kangra police. In view of this, Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur canceled the written examination and formed an SIT to investigate it.

More than 110 candidates and touts were arrested in the investigation of police at SIT and district level. The investigation of the SIT is still on. Although the Chief Minister has announced to give the investigation of the paper leak to the CBI, but it has been more than a month. Till now the CBI has not investigated it.
Written exam will be held on 3rd July

The written examination of police constable in Himachal Pradesh will be held on July 3. The police department is busy in the preparations to get the paper done in a transparent manner. Director General of Police Sanjay Kundu said that the candidates involved in the paper leak will not be allowed to appear in the examination.
