Politics has started in the Alwar gang rape case. On Friday, Dr. Sambit Patra targeted Congress leader Priyanka Gandhi, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot by holding a press conference in Delhi. Sambit Patra took a jibe at the Congress and said that Nirbhaya of Rajasthan is in ICU and is fighting for life, but it is surprising to know that when this incident was happening, Priyanka Gandhi was celebrating her birthday in Rajasthan itself. She could not even go to meet the victim.

Sambit Patra said that Priyanka Gandhi says in UP – I am a girl, I can fight. Fighting is forbidden in Rajasthan if I am a girl. You will have to remain silent in Rajasthan because there is a Congress government here. She can go to Unnao but cannot go to Rajasthan. He also took a jibe at Rahul Gandhi and said that it is not appropriate to ask questions to Rahul Gandhi. They have considered themselves a failure.

Why not ask for report from CM?
Sambit Patra said that Priyanka Gandhi, who gave ticket to the rape victim in UP, was still in Ranthambore with her husband Robert Vadra after the incident and was celebrating her birthday. When the BJP MP and the team of Rajasthan came to know about them, they went to meet them, but did not let them meet. Tell Priyanka Gandhi if she asked for a report from her CM. Why atrocities on women are increasing in Rajasthan? The minor should be given the best possible treatment.

Priyanka don’t do selective politics
Patra said that it is wrong for Priyanka Gandhi to do such selective politics. In other states where your government is not there, you raise your voice, but in the states under your government so much heinous crime happens and you do not even go to meet the victim.

Targeting CM and Mamta Bhupesh, said- apologize
Sambit Patra also targeted CM Ashok Gehlot and Women and Child Development Minister Mamta Bhupesh. He said that he was surprised to hear Mamta Bhupesh’s statement. Bhupesh says that the government alone cannot do this work to stop such cases. Society also has to come forward in this. Sambit Patra said that being a woman, giving such statements shows that the government is turning away from responsibility somewhere.

On the other hand, on Bhupesh’s statement of applying tilak to the poor, he said that you have associated a particular religion with the rapist. Where is the politics of linking Tilak with rape? Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and Mamta Bhupesh should apologize for this statement.

Mamta Bhupesh said – the poor has no caste-religion
Mamta Bhupesh hit back at Sambit Patra and said that BJP people are connecting my statement with religion. Those who are poor have no caste, religion, fraternity, society. The poor have a different mindset. People of neurotic mentality are poor, so we all have to bring change in the society. At the same time, there is a need to think about how to create an environment of safe and respect for the girl child.
