1. Potato Posto
material– 3-4 potatoes cut into long pieces, 1 tbsp poppy seed paste, 1/4 tsp panchphoron, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 2-3 green chillies finely chopped, 1 onion finely chopped, salt to taste and 2 large spoon mustard oil
Make Potato Posto like this
– Heat oil in a pan.
Apply tempering of whole red chili with Panchphoron.
Add onion, poppy, turmeric and green chili and fry. Then mix potatoes in it.
When the gravy becomes thick, cook it on low flame for some time.
2. Poppy Milk
material– 1/2 tsp poppy seeds, 4 almonds, a pinch of saffron and sugar as per taste
Make poppy milk like this
Make a paste of poppy seeds and almonds. Mix in hot milk.
Mix sugar and saffron.
– Poppy seed milk is ready. Drinking this removes the problem of insomnia.
