The Art of Living is running the Prison Smart Course for Inmates program to provide peace of mind to the jail inmates. In the program, male and female prisoners are being told how to stay stress free through yoga. Every aspect of yoga is being told to the prisoners in detail. Yogasanas are being done according to physical ailments. The prisoners were made to practice Sudarshan Kriya and Asana, Pranayama during the course. After its practice, the prisoners felt relaxed.
The Art of Living instructor Tarakeswar Soni told that Sudarshan Kriya is a special process of breathing, which is pioneered by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. It removes stress at the level of body and mind and increases immunity. By doing this action the mind becomes calm, the mind remains in the present moment, sleep comes well. Many diseases like blood pressure, migraine, diabetes etc. which are related to lifestyle get rid of. The energy label of the body increases. In the camp, the support of Jail Superintendent Kumar Chandrashekhar, Jailor Bablu Gop, Dilip Singh is getting continuous support.
